I'm not going crazy

But I felt like I was this morning... I officially lost it at work. I...seized up in a fit of depression, anger, and panic, and ran out of the building. My boss Janine followed me. Helped me calm down. Gave me peanut butter. Reason for feeling like I was having a mental breakdown? Because I ate cake last night. CAKE. Food...really, really, really fucks me up... Literally, I cannot eat without risking some chemical imbalance in my brain... And it...sucks! So Janine is taking me out to lunch today, then we're going to Borders to find a book on hypoglycemia (because the nutritionist I ended up seeing was crap and Janine had severe hypoglyce
